We have been importing dog treats since 2013
Smaczaki is a brand of IMEX. We do one thing: our customers today are wholesalers, shops and manufacturers in Poland, and we supply them with meat treats for dogs. We have been doing it since 2013, so we know the goods, the suppliers and the requirements of this category from practice, not from a brochure.
Where the goods come from
A warehouse in Poland instead of waiting for a container
A batch in bulk packaging with a veterinary label is waiting in a warehouse in Poland. For a buyer that means an order does not start with weeks of waiting for a shipment from Asia. This is a real difference from ordering directly from a manufacturer, and the main reason companies stay with us.
Our task in the supply chain
What we do and what we don’t
We don’t have our own production plant. Production and packing take place at a plant we work with, and the goods are then brought to Poland. Our role is choosing the range and the recipes, supervising the order, import, warehousing and delivery. We say so plainly, because in this industry the question about facilities always comes up and it is better to answer it in advance.

What you get with the goods
Compliance with law regulations
Goods in bulk packaging reach you with the veterinary label required by law. For every item we give the product composition and the analytical ingredients: protein, fat, crude fibre, moisture and crude ash. This is the same set of data you need for your own label and for writing the description in your shop.
